Teams support document and list management, while Planner provides unstructured task assignments and updates. Guest access and security can be managed in each Team while Planner/To Do is supported across all devices.

Daily Logs

Site attendance, safety reports, site conditions as well as materials and equipment are all centrally tracked and managed. Log reports are easily accessible to project managers and executives.

Photos & Media

Site photos and videos can be uploaded and cataloged for easy retrieval and sharing. Each project has a dedicated site that stores relevant documents, photos, drawings, agreements and misc. supporting project documents. Item level security ensures permission is set to allow team members access to only those items they need to see.

Document Management

Documents are made available to any member of your extended team with varying permission levels. Users without permission won't see any documents, while team members with the proper authority can upload, view, and download project documents as needed. Browse multiple file types and upload files from your computer or mobile device.

Meetings

Create a new meeting or a follow-up meeting within Construction PPM. Utilize Microsoft's email tracking tool to forward meeting agendas and minutes to all team members.
